Thou Shalt Not Steal

Exodus 20:15 Thou shalt not steal.

Very interesting that the bible should list as one of God's commandments a command protecting private property. After all if stealing is the taking of something that does not beling to you, it reasons that what ever was taken unlawfully is the property of someone else.

When dealing with property that had been promised to be sold and the money to be given to the worl of the Lord, Peter asks Ananias, the one who , with his wife pledged the money gotten from the sale of property to the work of God.

Act 5:4 Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.

Was it NOT THINE OWN? Peter reaffirms in this scripture that the man did have property rights, and that a certain piece was in fact HIS OWN.

Here is something interesting to note, God states that when a prophet keeps away Gods word from Gods people , he is stealing that which is rightfully theirs to have.

Jerimiah 23:30 Therefore, behold, I am against the prophets, saith the LORD, that steal my words every one from his neighbor.
Romans 2:21 Thou therefore which teachest another, teachest thou not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal?

In fact the Bible states simply that one who would take another man's property is a thief:
Matthew 6:19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:

Sometimes the theft is sneaky sometime violent and so God, in order to prevent theft also states that we should not even Covet or Desire another mans posessions. In fact theft can go so far as to include adultery.

Mar 6:17 For Herod himself had sent forth and laid hold upon John, and bound him in prison for Herodias' sake, his brother Philip's wife: for he had married her.
Mar 6:18 For John had said unto Herod, It is not lawful for thee to have thy brother's wife.

He stole her. She was another mans wife he desired her and took her and married her. God, through John said to "give her back"

So God Says Exo 20:17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.

God establishes that somethings do infact BELONG to individuals and that stealing those things, taking them away, either through deciet or force is a sin. He then states that even coveting those things is a SIN. And JUST in case you wanted an interpretation, and to avoid any mental gymnastics God helps aong with Deuteronomy 5:21 Neither shalt thou desire thy neighbour's wife, neither shalt thou covet thy neighbour's house, his field, or his manservant, or his maidservant, his ox, or his ass, or any thing that is thy neighbour's.

God was so concerned with the propection of a man or womans property and even his family that he placed at least two commandments of the ten that directly protect that right. One the direct act, and TWO the thoughts and sinful desires that would lead to it.

Jas 1:14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.
Jas 1:15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

NOTE also, that ultimatly the owner of YOU is the owner of your stuff. Your Property is in fact God's peoperty. If you allow it to be stolen....

1Co 6:18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
1Co 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
1Co 6:20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

Now God has entrusted us with his blessings, yet we are HIS. He has given us, as stewards HIS property and blessings. If we allow someone to steal it or destroy it? Either through neglect or michief.. Please read Exodus 22 1-17 Here below is an excerpt:

Exodus 22:7 If a man shall deliver unto his neighbour money or stuff to keep, and it be stolen out of the man's house; if the thief be found, let him pay double.
Exo 22:8 If the thief be not found, then the master of the house shall be brought unto the judges, to see whether he have put his hand unto his neighbour's goods.

Lets face it.. God has given us some wonderful things...

ALONE is PRIVATE

When you are concerned about what folks know about you for one reason or another, you need to practice a little privacy.

Banking is out of the question for anyone who wishes to have any financial privacy at all. That being said one can possibly have an account for the purpose of say disinformation as well as for innocuous dealings for extremely small amounts, but not for business or for the holding of any personal wealth. But remember any bank account puts you in bed with the beast and destroys your privacy. ( They will know you name, SS number( if you have one) your address, and will have done a full credit check on you revealing all the rest of your life to get one)

If banking is out of the question, at least for most of your existence, then so is using CHEQUES and DEBT cards and CREDIT CARDS. All of these leave a paper trail. They are rife for exploitation of ID thieves and for folks that want to track you down.

GROW A GARDEN:
1. it can save you money, but more importantly you can get your food without having to let others in town know what your getting or what you have.

I went to the store the other day and bought lots of canned goods that were on sale for 3 cans for 1.25, the lady behind the counter who knew me said, said. "oh so your stocking up for hard times huh.."

Well sure i am, but guess what, if the hard times come, someone else is going to know EXACTLY WHAT YOU HAVE STORED UP if everything you have is bought from the same store or in mass quantities from any store.

TRY GROWING some of your own stuff and and CAN IT, Dehydrate it and Vacuum Pack it yourself. That way you know what you have and it is no one else's business

According to the Wikipedia site on the topic of privacy:

Supreme Court of New Hampshire ruled: "A generalized concern for personal privacy is insufficient to meet the state's burden of demonstrating the existence of a sufficiently compelling reason to prevent public access." The state Supreme Court ruled that financial information people disclose in divorce cases is not entitled to sweeping privacy protections. The court said the right of access to court proceedings and records predates both the state and federal constitutions. The decision relied heavily on the New Hampshire Constitution, which says power comes from the people. "To that end, the public's right of access to governmental proceedings and records shall not be unreasonably restricted," The Associated Press v. New Hampshire.

In Davis v. Freedom of Information Commission, 259 Conn. 45 (2001) the Connecticut Supreme Court ruled that the Drivers Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) does not apply to other government agencies who receive personal information from the State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) in the course of their normal government functions. In Las Vegas Review v. Board of County Commissioners, August 18, 2000, Nevada's highest court ruled that records showing the telephone numbers of incoming and outgoing calls on publicly owned cellular telephones are not confidential or private.

( If you do not want others to know it, you need to take care that you do not surrender the information in the first place.

How To Be Invisible by J.J. Luna

I have just read J.J. Luna's Book and would recommend others to do the same, Mr. Luna is very careful about the information that he gives and it works. privacy is not simple but it is worth it. If you want to be exploited, then do NOT READ this BOOK, if however your privacy is worth protecting and you have no desire to have your ID stolen the by all means READ "HOW TO BE INVISIBLE" by J.J. LUNA.

Personal Notes: It seems that one thing is lacking and that is J.J. misunderstanding of the criminal element of our so called Federal occupiers. He is very careful to make sure that you understand that he is no " Tax protester" and that one must File. That being the exception, this book hits right on. He also give contact information for establishing a New Mexico Limited Liability company that is very reasonable in price as opposed to the thousands of FRN's that others are charging. On Page 107 he gives an answer to the question

" Can I avoid giving my social security number on the basis of Revelation, chapter 13?"

His Answer:

I assume you are referring to the belief, held sincerely by some, that a SS number is "the mark of the beast". it is true that , in the past several persons have won court cases objecting on religious grounds to state requirements for a SS number in collection to receiving a driver;s license. In Leahy v District of Columbia, the circuit court upheld John C Leahy's religious conviction to providing his SS number in order to get a driver's license.
Later, 5 plaintiff sued the City of Los Angeles on religious objection grounds, objecting to the states requirement that driver's license applicants must provide a SS number as a condition to getting a license. They won the case in the State Superior Court, but i have since heard the state appealed that decision.
An October 25th 1997, a headline in the LA TIMES said "Religious Objections to DMV UPHELD' The subtitle was "Judge Says Five Men Do Not Need Social Security Number's To Get Licenses. They Contend That The Identification I The Satanic 'Mark of The Beast'" by John Dart.

I get the feeling that JJ does not agree with their theology but he does stand up for their convictions. He tells his readers if their true religious convictions is in agreement with these 5 individuals then stand your ground, but if not he states " Join the rest of US who do furnish the number when ever absolutely necessary,.. but never otherwise.

My Advice is the same, EXCEPT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A NUMBER. THE NUMBER IS NOT MANDATORY to HAVE. JJ Seems to think that it IS. In this I believe he is wrong. I Also believe that if you "got a Number" but did so under threat of coercion, or were simply LIED to in order to get you to get one. that you DO NOT ACTUALLY HAVE ONE. No agreement has legal binding, regardless what a bunch of SS number possessing judges say, when done under fraud, coercion or threat.

NOTE: YOU do not have a SS number, The Number is a number assigned to YOU, the NUMBER is the property of and creation of the Government. It shows you as a Number. You are their property. Same way you would number your property, the Government seeks to number its.

Hide My IP

I am now testing a program called HideMyIp2007. It is in a 3 day trial, but I have proven it a little by going to verious search engines online that maintain a list of words searched for. ( Dogpile keeps a running list of your searches that I have not figured out how to remove, I even called them at infoseak and spoke to customer service and left a message for their tech support folks, but they never bothered to get back with me, so I suggest never using them unless you are going to use an IP hiding program) I have now tried to use the HideMyIP2007 on dogpile and sure enough when the IP is changed there is no record of searches on their site. So so far at least I would have to recomend this program. I will post a link to it once my trial is up if I think it is worth it.

Changing your I address for privacy reasons only

First of all let me let you folks know, that I am not the author of this, I do not know all the legal stuff about it and do not endourse anything illegal or nasty that someone could possibly do with this. That being said. I think that it is a good idea, or could be a good ideA, not to let the whole world know who you are at times. The fact is that many websites track you and monitor your business online. WITHOUT YOUR SAY SO. that being understood as a "given", it seems to me that any attempt on your part to "Hide" your ISP for non fraud reasons is inharmonsy with the word of God.

Pro 22:3 A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished.

Changing IP Addresses by ANONYMOUS

I. About
This tutorial will teach you how to change your ip address to any other one on your ip range instead of having your DHCP Server pick one for you. ... it is also usefull to get around a bans as long as the ban only covered your ip not your whole ip range.

"As usualy anything illegal you do while reading this tutorial or after reading this tutorial is not my fault, your actions are your own so don't blame me. I do not claim that the things I teach are legal, so concider that everything i mention here is illegal if you are not sure your self."

II. Needed Information
Before you can change your ip you need some information. This information includes your ip range, subnet mask, default gateway, dhcp server, and dns serv.

1. Getting your IP range - Getting information about your ip range is not difficult, I recomend using Neo Trace on your own ip. But for our test just look at your ip address, say it's 24.193.110.13 you can definetly use the ip's found between 24.193.110.1 < [new ip] < 24.193.110.255, dont use x.x.x.1 or x.x.x.255. To find your ip simply open a dos/command prompt window and type ipconfig at the prompt, look for "IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : x.x.x.x".

2. Subnet Mask, Default Gateway, DHCP Server - These are very easy to find, just open a dos/command prompt window and type 'ipconfig /all' without the ' '. You should see something like this.

This is all the information you will need for now, I sugest you either keep your dos/command prompt window open or copy & paste the information somewhere, to copy right click the window and select text and click once.

III. Changing your IP Address
To change your ip address first pick any ip you like out of your ip range and remember it or write it down. It is usualy a good idea to make sure the ip is dead ... so just ping it via "ping x.x.x.x" and if it times out then you can use it. Now go to My Computer, then Control Panel. In Control Panel select Network Connections and pick your active connection, probably Local Area Connection or your ISP name. Open that connection by double clicking on the icon in Network Connections, then select Properties under the General Tab. In the new window that pops up select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click properties, it's under the general tab. In this new window select the General tab and choose "Use the following IP address" and for the IP address enter the ip you would like to use (the one you picked from your subnet earlier) and for the Subnet Mask enter the subnet mask you got when your ran ipconfig /all, same goes for the Default Gateway. Now select "Use the following DNS server addresses" and enter the information you got earlier. Now just click OK. Test that it worked, try to refresh a website and if it works you know everything is okay and you are connected. To make sure the change worked type ipconfig agein and the ip address should have changed to your new one.

IV. DDoS & DoS Protection
If your firewall shows that you are being ddosed, this is usualy when you are constantly getting atempted UDP connections several times a second from either the same ip address or multiple ip addresses (ddos), you can protect your self by changing your ip address via the method i described above

Just think if someon knows what they are doing or they have security access, how could you prove the info against you was not planted?

Folks can steal your cell phone records and use them against you.

Don't be bugged anymore

Recently have spoken to several people who are just convinced that they are being BUGGED, listened to or otherwise having their privacy invaded. Granted some of the folks were just being paranoid no doubt, nevertheless others were convinced and quite possibly for good reasons. Personally I do not think that I am all that interesting and no one would want to bug me, I have nothing to hide, but that is not the point is it! The point is that a person has a right to be secure in their person and their privacy.

That being said might I also suggest that if you do not want others to know what is on your mind be careful about what you say and to whom it is said and when, the bible states clearly:Ecc 10:20 Curse not the king, no not in thy thought; and curse not the rich in thy bedchamber: for a bird of the air shall carry the voice, and that which hath wings shall tell the matter." And if you are attempting to hide EVIL intentions and are looking for privacy in order to do harm to others remember Luk 12:2 For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known.
Luk 12:3 Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops.

Have you listened in to hear someone say something bad about you, remember that just because someone says something in the heat of anger or otherwise is no reason to seek their harm or revenge :Ecc 7:21 Also take no heed unto all words that are spoken; lest thou hear thy servant curse thee:

Believe it or not , not everyone in the world has your best interest at heart and there are folks in competition with you that just might use your words against in you in business, family and even , believe it or not Government. (Just imagine an offended person who knows a corrupt government official and can get to the data bases and use the wherewithall of Big Brother to harass you) (Not to mention the up and coming problems with RFID SPY CHIPS right around the corner these devices might be quote handy)

I am simply getting tired of all the godless perpetrators who are doing everything they can to rob us of all our individuality and manhood. More to the point I am tired of the sheep going along with it to the point of being indistinguishable from the wolves that prey on them. And so presented here for your entertainment purposes only and not as any legal advice, ( as though you would take legal advice from a lawn guy / preacher) with all rights reserved....

HOW TO USE A MONEY ORDER PROPERLY AND PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY:

Understand that the NWO Does not want you to have any real privacy, they have established the Homeland Security and the Need for it. They have created the immigration problem so that they could have an excuse to turn the country into a big prison so that you can not leave or come in unless you get permission. ( after all you don't want to get yourself confused with a Mexican Indian do you?) They have established the demise of the Dollar, through a complex system of deceit and counterfeiting called the Federal Reserve System and the Federal Reserve Notes that Circulate as though they were actually a product of the Constitution and the treasury department. Through this SYSTEM, they have expropriated more wealth than another group or cabal in history before them, and at the same time prevented anyone who wishes to lead a simple private life without any assistance or payoffs from some Government NWO agency , almost impossible. YOU HAVE TO PLAY is their attitude and If you refuse you will be labeled a terrorist or anarchist subversive.

This card will be needed in order for you to work, find housing, ride on a train, drive a car, fly in a plane, cross any state border, or leave the country. You will not be able to bank with out it, open a P.O. box , safety deposit box or store you belongings in a storage facility. Your 501-c-3 religious body will need your card to provide you with the proper tax deduction receipts and any government regulated agency at any level will require it for anything.

But that's OK as long as those nasty terrorists and migrant workers are dealt with......

Republicans,Democrates.... ANY nonprofit Organization, foundation, club, church, coalition, will be involved with taking your privacy and freedoms away. However for now there are still some loopholes in their system that can be taken advantage of for privacy sake.

One of them is the Postal Money Order. ( other money orders work well also, it is just that the postal ones are cheaper and easier track if lost.)

Now remember the boys who know better them you have decided that there should be limits on how high a postal money order can be made,for example, $1,000 for Postal money orders as of February, 2006, ( LESS THAN THE AVERAGE RENT FOR A HOME, LESS THAN MOST MORTAGE PAYMENTS, and in the not to distant future, Less than your electric bill, water bill and a trip to burger king.

How to use them for now:

Go to the post office and pay for you money order, leave the payer and the payee blank. You have essentially just created a check. You can now send this to other privacy minded folks that you TRUST to trade for goods and services without any trace to yourself whatsoever.

The person receiving the Money Order can do the same thing with it or he can fill it out to pay a bill.

NOTES: Do not get to many postal money orders from the same place or at the same time, as the postal system is an arm of the executive branch of Washington City and as such are stooges for the IRS, Federal Reserve system and the fatherland security people who are the agents stealing your privacy and freedom in the first place.

ALSO be careful of fake postal money orders, here is a list of things to look for in real ones:

Reportable Purchases
Often, promoters will claim that the coins they offer are not subject to "reporting." Such statements imply the government requires gold transactions be reported. However, no government regulations require the reporting of the purchases of any precious metals, per se. If payment is made by cash greater than $10,000, however, it becomes a "cash reporting transaction." It is not the gold that the government wants reported but the cash. Such reporting applies to all business transactions involving more than $10,000 cash.
FREE COUNTRY HUH!
Regarding cash transactions, Official General Instructions for IRS Form 8300 read: "Who Must File. - Each person engaged in a trade or business who, during that trade or business, receives more than $10,000 in cash in one transaction or two or more related transactions must file Form 8300. Any transactions conducted between a payer (or its agent) and the recipient in a 24-hour period are related transactions.
( Note PRIVATE transactions are not an issue, only BUSINESS or Commercial beastly ones)
This regulation applies to cash - greenbacks, paper money. It does not apply to personal checks, wire transfers, or money market withdrawals. When cashier's checks or money orders are involved, cash reporting may be triggered.
( THERE IS NO PRIVACY IN THE MERCHANT <>)
Form 8300's General Instructions define as cash "a cashier's check, bank draft, traveler's check, or money order having a face amount of not more than $10,000." Using a cashier's check less than $10,000 would be a "cash transaction," but it would not be reportable because it is less than $10,000. However, two cashier's checks, each less than $10,000 but totaling more than $10,000 for a single purchase, would be considered cash and subject to reporting.
Further clarification: If an investor makes a $15,000 investment in gold and pays with a single $15,000 cashier's check, it is not reportable. If, however, he pays with two or more cashier's checks each less than $10,000, the dealer would be obligated to report.
Cash reporting requirements were not written specifically for the precious metals industry but for all businesses. The purchase of a car, boat, or jewelry, and payment with two cashier's checks, each less than $10,000 but totaling more than $10,000, would be a reportable transaction.
Another example: an investor agrees to buy precious metals totaling more than $10,000, again say $15,000, and wants to make payments with money from two accounts. If the investor withdraws $8,000 from the first account and gets a cashier's check, and then gets another cashier's check for $7,000 from the second account, the transaction becomes reportable. A purchase of $30,000 and payment with two $15,000 cashier's checks would not be a reportable transaction. The significant amount is $10,000.
Personal checks or checks drawn on the payer's own account are not considered cash. Form 8300's General Instructions read: "Cash does not included a check drawn on the payer's own account, such as a personal check, regardless of the amount. "
Related Transactions
Form 8300's General Instructions say "Transactions are considered related even if they occur over a period of more than twenty-four hours if the recipient knows, or has reason to know, that each transaction is one of a series of connected transactions." For example, if an investor agrees to buy $20,000 in gold but makes installment payments with cash in amounts less than $10,000, the purchase would be reportable.
Bank Reporting ( WHY BANKS ARE NOT YOUR FRIENDS)
It is often erroneously thought that banks report to the government all personal checks more than $10,000. Banks do not. But, a cash transaction exceeding $10,000 requires a bank to fill out and file a Cash Transaction Report (CTR). A cash deposit more than $10,000 to any bank or other financial institution account by an individual possibly would be reported.
However, purchases of cashier's checks with cash for amounts $3,000 to $10,000 require banks to complete Monetary Instrument Reports (MIRs). (Some banks call them Monetary Instrument Logs.) MIRs are not filed with the government but are records that enable banks to help comply with cash reporting requirements. It is not clear when a MIR requires the completion and filing of a CTR, but an individual regularly purchasing cashier's checks between $3,000 and $10,000 would probably be reported.
If a business reports a cash transaction, the customer will know it. Form 8300 requires name, address, citizenship, and social security number. It also asks for method of identification, driver's license, passport, etc. Additionally, Form 8300's General Instructions call for anyone filing a Form 8300 to "provide a written statement to each person named in a required Form 8300 on or before January 31 of the year following the calendar year in which the cash is received."
WHAT HAPPENS HERE IF WE HAVE RUNAWAY INFLATION WHERE A GALLON OF MILK COSTS 10,000? IT HAPPENED IN GERMANY, BRAZIL, ARGENTINA, MEXICO, ETC ETC.

Finally, Form 8300 General Instructions has a box to be marked if the transactions appear "suspicious." The box can be marked for transactions less than $10,000 if the recipient believes the purchaser is trying to avoid cash reporting. ( ahh turn everyone against each other)
No one wants any red flags at the IRS. Unscrupulous dealers know this and use it to avert clear thinking; they use the threat of "reporting" to raise investor fear. This enables them to sell overpriced coins. Investors justify higher prices by thinking they are getting "non-reportable gold." No investor need be taken advantage of this way.

Reportable Sales
Customer sales to dealers of certain precious metals exceeding specific quantities call for reporting to the IRS on 1099B forms. The 1099B forms are similar to other 1099 forms taxpayers commonly receive; the "B" means they have been issued by a business other than a financial entity.
Reportable sales (again, customer sales to dealers) apply to 1-oz Gold Maple Leafs, 1-oz Krugerrands, and 1-oz Mexican Onzas in quantities of twenty-five or more in one transaction. Reporting requirements do not apply to American Gold Eagles, no matter the quantities. Furthermore, reporting requirements do not apply to any fractional ounce gold coins.
Only one common silver product is reportable when sold: pre-1965 U.S. coins. The quantity that causes the filing of a 1099B, however, is not clear. The IRS bases its authority to require reporting on CFTC-approved contracts that call for the delivery of $10,000 face value. Consequently, many dealers do not report sales of pre-1965 U.S. coins unless the sale totals $10,000 face value; others report $1,000 sales.

Sales of American Silver Eagles, privately-minted Silver Eagles, and 100-oz silver bars are not reportable, no matter the quantity. Other precious metals products are reportable, but they are not covered here because the average investor does not trade them.

Most investors have no first-hand knowledge of these matters; consequently, when precious metals dealers talk about cash reporting, 8300 forms, or 1099s, investors are unable to know that they may not be hearing the whole story. Wanting to avoid the government knowing about their precious metals investments, many investors are delighted to learn that their purchases will not be reported and end up buying overpriced coins.
As explained under "Reportable Purchases," no precious metals purchases are reported unless cash reporting thresholds are exceeded. Investors wanting to avoid reportable sales should buy American Eagles.

Granted his or her greatest helper is usually you, and like Igor their master is a blood sucking foreigner with a weird accent.

Bankers are sworn to destroy your ability to be a private person, they refuse to give loans even to folks that they KNOW, including family and friends unless that person is willing to show a Social Security Number and fork over 1040 forms containing your financial doings leaving you naked. They will insist on property being Titled at the court house and have been the leading agent of property confiscation in America. Yielding to every letter that is presented to them without question,. they will seize accounts on a whim or question and leave you to figure out how to pay your bills without so much as a thank you or sorry if they are found in the wrong. NOT TO MENTION SELLING YOUR PERSONAL INFO.... Don't get me wrong , I know some bankers and they are very nice folks, however AS BANKERS they work for the beast either knowingly or unknowingly. They make a living out of creating the debt that is destroying this country and create money out of thin air.
Their institution was involved in the greatest theft in the history of the world and is the financing institution of every war America has ever had to fight.. ON BOTH SIDES of the conflict.

Disclaimer: this is what I think and might not be what you think... take it or leave it but at least investigate it!

Anyway.. reality: Folks using Checks, bank drafts etc to buy and sell (transfer debt). They do not really pay for anything..( that's another tangent)

Practical.. what to do if you get a check as payment for services/ compensation for property, ( labour or tangible)

1. Cash them at the bank where they are Issued:
problems
a/ thumb print,
b/ To High a fee ( some banks have NO FEE)
c/ ID problems
Advantages:
a. No need for a SS number
b. Trace-ability is not likely ( however with the thumb print stuff and Drivers licence being a National ID that will not be true soon.

2. Have the person giving you a check/money order etc. leave the payee field blank so you can use their check to pay your bill., with a money order leave both fields blank, it can then be used as cash and be sent to anyone from anyone.
Down side: a blank Money order if misplaced is as good and given away and gone. same thing with a check made out to no one. so be careful.

3. Endorse the check to a third party for deposit only.
you have a check addressed to you personally for 100FRN, YOU owe the electric company 90FRN for electricity used, YOU sign the check and also write Make payable to ABC electric company for deposit only, they take the check and deposit it in their account and then credit you the 10 dollar difference toward your next electric bill.

4. Find a local merchant that you know that will cash the checks for you for a small fee or in exchange for goods and services rendered. personally I have been able to do this on numerous occasions with no almost no problem at all other them having to wait longer than if I had gone to a bank.

Advantages are legion, not the least of which is that many merchants will give better deals for cash purchases that they will for credit /check purchases.

5. Redeem your checks for Silver or Gold Coin rather than for Paper Debt instruments like FRN's Rather than using a Local grocery store to cash a Check, many a coin dealer will gladly allow you to sign your check over to him or her and let you redeem it for Silver or Gold coin.

The only person you really cares about your privacy is YOU!

1. Make that which in on your personal computer or workstation utter nonsense to anyone but you and those who you wish to know what that information contains ( Files, documents, programs etc.) and
2. Make that which you send to someone else over the internet via email utter nonsense to anyone other then the intended recipient.

Both of these reasons are valid and totally within the privacy rights of ANYONE and should not have to be explained to anyone for any reason. After all you don't send all your letters to friends and family via a post card!

I am 24 year old man from Africa. I am married to a U.S. citizen since 4 years ago. I have also been waiting for my immigration paper during that time.

I can't renew my driver's license without a SSN, and I cannot work. My hands are tied, and my wife is tired of supporting me. I do my best to put bread on the table without an SSN, but I lost that job. Now I am desperate for an other no success in 3 month.

".....Social Security is as economically and morally objectionable
as any other form of forced redistribution, from public housing to
corporate subsidies to warfare, but made worse by the subterfuge that
it is an insurance program of some sort. Once we get that clear in
our minds, how to deal with it becomes clearer as well. It needs to
be zeroed out and replaced by laissez-faire, precisely as saving for
later years has always occurred in the whole of human history.

There are more resources available than ever before to make this
work, from the simplest to the most complex financial tools, and more
personal wealth available for most everyone to live out their old age
in comfort. In fact, Social Security hardly figures into the
retirement plans of most young people today, as well it shouldn't.

More people than ever have a good reason to support the idea of
letting it die or killing it. There are many ways to do this, with
either big or small steps. Let people opt out completely. Cut payroll
taxes. Raise the retirement age. Means test benefits. Establish a cut
off for paying liabilities and end the program. Make the program part
of federal budgeting so the charade will stop. Above all, tell the
truth (as Hans Sennholz says). All of this would be fine. But this is
not what is being discussed, despite all the talk of freedom and
choice.

In the abstract, the idea of private accounts replacing a government
boondoggle sounds good, even great. Other countries have done it; why
not here? Actually, other national conversions did not have anywhere
near the liability problem the US has; Chile, for example, had its
inflated away. Why not let the power of free enterprise work on
behalf of all of us as we get old? Sounds great, but that is not
what's being proposed.

Look a bit closer and you see a big problem, namely that the current
program is not merely a government-run retirement scheme that can be
converted to a private system. It is a transfer program from working
people to retired people. All that nonsense about how much the
government owes you, how much the system has accumulated for you to
enjoy later on, is an accounting fiction.

When people stop paying in, people will stop receiving. It is as
simple as that.

In other words, there is no there to privatize. What is actually
being talked about is the creation of a new national program of
forced savings, complete with a guaranteed minimum income. It is to
be created out of whole cloth using the revenue that would usually be
funneled to retirees. Not that anyone is going to be denied what they
believe is theirs. The money will continue to flow to older Americans
but not come from present revenue. It will come from new funds. And
where are these funds going to come from? Among those who favor
privatization, there are two camps: the left-wing suggests more taxes
and the right-wing suggests more debt."...

In thinking about ways to protect our individual privacy, we first need to become aware of ways that we give up that right. This is done in many way, many of which seem so benign that we never really think twice about them....Until we realize that our privacy has been breached.

I'd like to mention just a handful of different ways that the average person gives away their information in the most familiar settings, for instance:

Grocery stores-do you feel compelled to give out ALL your information when filling out those handy little discount cards for the check out? I've seen some that were quite 'nosy'.They wanted name, address, phone numbers, sometimes socialist security card numbers and some even ask if you are a full-time or part-time resident of the state you live in. Do you ever ask yourself why they need to know all this merely to extend a discount on particular items?
Most of the information is stored in a databank for their corporation and they keep it handy to send out circulars, coupons and for TRACKING what you buy so that they can 'better gauge what specials you may be interested in'. That may not sound like too big a deal but with the state of our country and the joining of information with all databanks through our old friends at Homeland Security, why make it that much easier for anyone to know ANY of your business?
Why give away your personal phone number, address and residential history just for the sake of saving a few pennies?
What I have done is this: I know from talking to the store personnel that only the bare minimum of information is needed to secure a discount card. I filled one out with my 'other' name that I use when I want to guard my privacy and give them a post office box number. That's all they needed. I get my discount and keep my privacy.

Mail-in Surveys-You ever get those surveys in the mail that promise to give you coupons and samples for free if you just fill out their survey sheet?
Think about what sort of questions they ask on these surveys.....do you use this type of product...have you ever tried this....do any of your family members have this or that type of medical condition......do you think you will be purchasing this or that.....what is your annual income......how many people live in your household........how many cars do you own........will you be moving soon,etc. etc. ad infinitum! They are worse than the U.S. Census Bureau! Most folks think that if they take half an hour to fill out the survey, somehow they will magically save all kinds of money with great deals down the road. Even if you did folks, now the survey company has all your personal information and is gladly sharing most of it with every manufacturer, corporation, dealership and BIG PHARMA company that has solicited that gathering of information with your stamp of approval.

Asking for your phone number and/ or address at the check-out- This is my personal pet peeve! I am about to purchase an item at Toys R Us or Radio Shack and instead of just ringing me up and taking my money....they want my phone number or address first! That's bad enough, but why should I recite all this private information in front of anyone that happens to be within earshot? I just say "NO!". Actually, what I say is, " No thank you, that information is private," and leave it at that. Believe me, it's not as if you won't be 'allowed' to leave without your merchandise if you don't play their game. Maybe, you'll even get the poor drone behind the counter to think!

It's important to stay on your toes and question everything. Most of us in America have been cultivated with a true 'Sheeple' mentality. We go from day to day and do not question why someone would want our most personal information. The Bible says to walk 'circumspectly', which means to look around and notice what is about you. Question everything and ask yourself, 'Why do these people want this information?" Remember-you only lose the privacy that you yourself give away.

NO banking...

What would happen if all Christians simply closed their bank accounts and dealt with either cash or barter?

Well one advantage would be a little more privacy! No paper trail of your charity!

Another advantage would be that generally speaking you would not be financing Pornography dealers and Alcohol distributers with your savings. Abortionists would not be able to borrow your money from the bank to put up another baby murdering factory.

You would most likely get better deals for goods and services since you would be paying cash for them.

Could you save? Sure you could, you could establish a Gold and Silver buying plan in your church pooling assets together to get the best deals, you could do the same thing with food and other needs too. Your church could actually establish an emergency food pantry for hard times where long term food stuffs could be held and ratated out as needed. and that without any paper trial for those who could enact anti Food hourding laws. If there was a Sharp rise in Inflation and food stuffs began to shoot through the roof, you would be able to have a hedge against the problem while you got cought up.

What no worry about having an idiot with a vendetta and a tort happy judge stealing all you saving with a godless seizure of your accounts?

Raise your kids NOT to get a Social Security number, Raise them to save their assets outside of the Numbering System, teach them a trade work for yourself. Be a good neighbour and buy you needs and supplies within your local community whenever possible, from mom and pop shops, small businesses and other folks you know real well. When ever possible ALWAYS deal with those who you know KNOW Jesus Christ as LORD and Saviour before you deal with anyone else for the things you need.

Jesus threw out the Money Changers, he had nothing good to say about Publicans who refused to Repent, and he said No man can serve two masters!

Creating your own RE-Mailing Service

I was thinking about this today, How hard could it be to establish a re-mailing service for folks who need privacy, or who simply need to be someplace they are not.

For example, you wish to have a business relationship with someone and you have no desire for them to know where you are. You can even let them know that you are using a re-mailing service.

What about missionaries who need a re-mailing service and a place to get mail and have it forwarded to them?

The Internet is a scary place and to be quite honest , the folks that you might be dealing with, have no real need to know where you live and so a Mail drop re-mailing service might be just the thing. In fact it could even be a ministry for the freedom minded. Sure there would be costs involved, after all the US postal service ( Formally known as the post office,) is in the CASH generating business and needs to be fed so there would be the yearly cost of a BOX of about 40 Dollars per 3 months ( according to one place we called) and then there is the price of stamps and such but all in all if enough people networked this out in the Christian Freedom Community, it would make the NWO wacko's a little less of a threat. Would you like to have a letter from you sent from a random post office in Florida?

An interesting concept is Re-Mailing.
I have found a few places on the Internet that offer this option for those who wish for those receiving their mail to know where they are really at. I suppose this would be good for witness protection folks who want to contact old friends without giving up their new address and name on an envelope.

I would think that this would be a good service for those who travel a lot or for those who simply do not wish to have folks stop by very much. At any rate I will now post their "What is Re-mailing" section from a web site along with a link in the head of this post.

"What is re-mailing ? To prevent your real location being discovered, your outbound mail (mail you wish to send from your Irish address) goes through a roundabout mailing process.

How it works: You address your outbound mail to the persons or organizations that you want to receive them. Use your Irish Office address as your return address. When we receive this envelope, we will then put Irish stamps on all the enclosed envelopes and mail them for you. DHS chief floats idea of collecting private citizens' information

Call it Total Information Awareness, homeland-style.

Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff this week floated an idea to start a nonprofit group that would collect information on private citizens, flag suspicious activity, and send names of suspicious people to his department.

The idea, which Chertoff tossed out at an April 27 meeting with security-industry officials, is reminiscent of the Defense Department's now-dead Total Information Awareness program that sought to sift though heaps of foreign intelligence information to root out potential terrorist activity.

According to one techie who attended the April 27 meeting, Chertoff told the group, "Maybe we can create a nonprofit and track people's activities, and an algorithm could red-flag individuals. Then, the nonprofit could give us the names."

Chertoff also suggested that private industry form a group to collect proprietary information about cyber- and other infrastructure-security breaches from companies; scrub it of identifying information; aggregate it; and pass it along to the department. The financial services industry already has such a group.

"The secretary was responding to a hypothetical question with a hypothetical answer," said Homeland Security Department press secretary Brian Roehrkasse. "He did not offer specific programmatic content or discuss any specific proposed approach. Rather, he was discussing, in general terms, the importance of this issue of balancing security and privacy."

Harris Miller, president of the Information Technology Association of America, organized the gathering of about 50 security-industry executives from companies such as Microsoft, Oracle, and Verizon. Reached by phone at the meeting, he characterized the event as "an organizational meeting to discuss how the [information-technology] industry can work more effectively with each other" and with the Homeland Security Department.

Because the meeting was closed to the press, Miller would not discuss Chertoff's comments.One meeting participant said that Chertoff told the group that having a nonprofit collect names rather than the government "would alleviate some of the concerns people have." Not so for this participant: "This is what made me sort of shift in my seat. It sounds like investigating every person for no reason." He was particularly concerned that an unknown formula created by this new group would determine the red flags.

No Banking, No Driving, No Working, No Education, No Check Cashing, No Traveling, No Credit, and on and on...

Who would have thought 150 years ago,that in America, the land of the Free and home of the Brave, that even the smallest matters of daily life would be only had through submission to an ever intrusive and demanding Government?

I received a Link today that got me thinking about privacy and the Cell phone that I carry around with me all the time. I noticed that whenever I get near some radios or computers, that every few minutes I hear a click click click come from the speakers of the Computer or stereo. THE GPS in my phone is sending out a signal telling anyone that would want to know, where I am within a few yards or so, Maybe even a few inches. Now Not to sound paranoid, but I close the bathroom door when I go. I lock my doors, and even draw the shades. I have a Door on the room that use to take a shower and the door is not see through. I use envelopes when mailing Letters and I lick the glue and make sure that they are sealed. I am not paranoid , I simply enjoy being private. having something to Hide is not an Issue, But occasionally I simply Enjoy being alone. I was told that wether or not my Phone was on or NOT that my phone was telling folks where I was. Not to mention being somewhat less then private with all the Government Projects designed to eavesdrop on every Phone conversation for KEY WORDS.. etc.. Blah Blah Big Brother Nazi land... People opposing U.S. policies in Central America, giving sanctuary to
refugees from Guatemala and El Salvador, struggling for Black
liberation, and against nuclear weapons, are today more than ever
likely to receive visits from FBI agents or other federal
investigators. Increasingly, agents are also visiting the familist,
friends, and employers of these activists.

This pamphlet is designed to answer the most frequent questions
asked by people and groups experiencing government scrutiny, and to
help them develop practical responses.

What is Political Intelligence?

Political intelligence is information collected by the government
about individuals and groups. Files secure under the Freedom of
Information Act disclose that government officials have long been
interested in all forms of data. Information gathered by government
agents ranges from the most personal data about sexual liaisons and
preferences to estimates of the strength of groups opposing
U.S. policies. Over the years, groups and individuals have developed
various ways of limiting the collection of information and preventing
such intelligence gathering from harming their work.

Do I have to talk to the FBI?

No. The FBI does not have the authority to make anyone answer
questions (other than name and address [see href="#errata">errata]), to permit a search without a warrant, or
to otherwise cooperate with an investigation. Agents are usually
lawyers, and they are always trained as investigators; they have
learned the power of persuasion, the ability to make a person feel
scared, guilty, or impolite for refusing their requests for
information. So remember, they have no legal authority to force people
to do anything -- unless they have obtained an arrest or search
warrant. Even when agents do have warrants, you still don't have to
answer their question.

Under what laws do the agents operate?

In 1976, FBI guidelines regulating the investigation of political
activities were issued by Attorney General Edward H. Levi. Criticized
by liberals and conservatives alike, the guidelines were issued in the
wake of a Congressional committee's report of
highly questionable activities by the FBI: monitoring the activities
of domestic political groups seeking to effect change. The report
exposed the FBI's counter-intelligence program (COINTELPRO) under
which the agency infiltrated groups, compiled dossiers on, and
directly interfered with individuals engaged in activities protected
by the First Amendment rights to freedom of expression and
association.

The FBI COINTELPRO program was initiated in 1956. Its purpose, as
described later by FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover, was "to expose,
disrupt, misdirect, discredit, or otherwise neutralize activities" of
those individuals and organizations whose ideas or goals he
opposed. Tactics included: falsely labelling individuals as
informants; infiltrating groups with persons instructed to disrupt the
group; sending anonymous or forged letters designed to promote strife
between groups; initiating politically motivated IRS investigations;
carrying out burglaries of offices and unlawful wiretaps; and
disseminating to other government agencies and to the media unlawfully
obtained derogatory information on individuals and groups.

In 1983, Attorney General William French Smith issued superseding
guidelines that authorized "domestic security/ terrorism"
investigations against political organizations whenever the FBI had a
reasonable belief that these groups might violate a law. The new
guidelines permitted the same intrusive techniques the FBI used
against organized crime.

The Smith guidelines were justified by the Attorney General's
observation that "our citizens are no less threatened by groups which
engage in criminal violence for political... purposes that by those
which operate lawlessly for financial gain." He concluded: "we must
ensure that criminal intelligence resources that have been brought to
bear so effectively in organized crime and racketeering investigations
are effectively employed in domestic security/ terrorism cases." The
guidelines provide, therefore, no safeguards to protect against
infringements of First Amendment rights.

Worst, they ignore the history of COINTELPRO abuses, and abolish
the distinction between regular criminal investigations and
investigations of groups and individuals seeking political
change. They fail to limit the investigative techniques used to obtain
data on political groups, so that now the FBI may use any technique,
including electronic surveillance and informers, against political
organizations.

Today, the FBI may begin a full investigation whenever there is a
reasonable indication that "two or more persons are engaged in an
enterprise for the purpose of furthering political or social goals
wholly or in part through activities that involve force or violence
and a violation of the criminal laws of the United States." The FBI
has interpreted "force or violence" to include the destruction of
property as a symbolic act, and the mere advocacy of such property
destruction would trigger an investigation. Even without any
reasonable indication, under a separate guideline on "Civil Disorders
and Demonstrations Involving a Federal Interest," the FBI may
investigate an organization that plans only legal and peaceful
demonstrations.

Another set of rules governing federal intelligence gathering is
Executive Order 12333, in force since 1981. It authorizes the FBI and
CIA to infiltrate, manipulate and destroy U.S.political organizations,
as well as to use electronic surveillance -- under the pretext of an
international intelligence investigation.

What federal agencies are likely to be interested in a citizen's
political activities and affiliations?

The FBI is still the major national intelligence-gathering
agency. There are also many other federal, state, local and private
investigative agencies. At least 26 federal agencies may gather
intelligence, including the Immigration & Naturalization Service,
Internal Revenue Service, and the Treasury Department's Bureau of
Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. Local police agencies sometimes contain
"special services" units and narcotics or other "strike forces" in
which federal, state, and local agencies cooperate. The Central
Intelligence Agency and National Security Agency are particularly
active when a political organization has or is suspected to have
international contacts. Military security agencies and increasingly
significant "private" research institutes and security agencies also
gather intelligence.

A recent Freedom of Information Act request on behalf of the
Livermore Action Group, an anti-nuclear organization, revealed that
the Navy, the U.S. Marshal's Service, and the Marine Corps all sent
agents to the Group's public meetings and kept newspaper reports of
such meetings. Most chilling was the revelation that the Federal
Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) -- the federal agency charged with
implementing martial law in the event of a nuclear war -- was also
watching the Livermore group.

Federal and state, local and private agencies, all tend to share
information in a variety of ways.

How does the FBI learn about citizens and organizations?

Political intelligence is gathered from public sources, such as
newspapers and leaflets. It is also collected by informers who may be
government employees or people recruited by them. Political
intelligence is also collected through FBI visits to your home or
office. We are here most concerned with this aspect of intelligence
gathering.

Agents may be sent to interview people after FBI officials decide
there is a "reasonable indication" that an organization or person
meets the guidelines for a "domestic security" investigation. Such
interviews are a primary source of information, for most people are
not aware of their right not to talk to federal agents.

Most people are also unaware of the limits to the power of FBI and
other investigative agents. Many people visited by agents are also
afraid of being rude or uncooperative. Agents may be friendly and
courteous, as if they are attempting to protect you or your
organization, or express admiration for your organization and its
goals. Occasionally, the FBI may persuade a disaffected member of an
organization to give them information about other members, including
their personal lives, character and vulnerabilities.

A major job of FBI agents is to convince people to give up their
rights to silence and privacy. For example, after a Quaker pacifist
spoke in Anchorage, Alaska, at a memorial Service for El Salvador's
Archbishop Romero, FBI agents visited a local priest and interrogated
him about the speaker. The agents asked about the speaker's
organizational affiliations and expressed fears about "terrorist
connections." The agents informed the priest that they would do a
"computer check" on the speaker and his wife, and asked the priest if
the two might do violence to the U.S. President, scheduled to visit
the area. These interrogations were repeated in the community by
agents who later admitted there was no basis for their questions about
"terrorist connections" and the danger to the President.

What if I suspect surveillance?

Prudence is the best course, no matter who you suspect, or what the
basis of your suspicion. When possible, confront the suspected
person in public, with at least one other person present. If the
suspect declines to answer, he or she at least now knows that you are
aware of the surveillance. Recently, religious supporters of a
nation-wide call to resist possible U.S. intervention in Central
America noticed unfamiliar people lurking around their offices at 6
a.m., but failed to ask what they wanted and who they were. If you
suspect surveillance, you should not hesitate to ask the suspected
agents names and inquire about their business.

The events giving rise to suspicions of surveillance vary widely,
but a general principle remains constant: confront the suspected
agents politely and in public (never alone) and inquire of their
business. If the answer does not dispel your suspicion, share it with
others who may be affected and discuss a collective response. Do not
let fears generated by "conspicuous" surveillance create unspoken
tensions that undermine your work and organization. Creating fear is
often the purpose of obvious surveillance. When in doubt, call a
trusted lawyer familiar with political surveillance. Please do not call
the number that was printed here as the Movement Support Network Hotline,
because it is no longer active, and is now the private residence of an
unrelated person.

How should I respond to threatening letters or calls?

If your home or office is broken into, or threats have been made
against you, your organization, or someone you work with, share this
information with everyone affected. Take immediate steps to increase
personal and office security. You should discuss with your
organization's officials and with a lawyer whether and how to report
such incidents to the police. If you decide to make a report, do not
do so without the presence of counsel.

What rights do I have?

The Right to Work for Change. The First Amendment to the
U.S. Constitution protects the rights of groups and individuals who
advocate, petition, and assemble to accomplish changes in laws,
government practices, and even the form of government Political
intelligence gathering is not supposed to interfere with these rights.
The Right to Remain Silent. The Fifth Amendment of the
Constitution provides that every person has the right to remain silent
in the face of questions (other than name and address) posed by any
police officer or government agent.

Since 1970, however, federal prosecutors may request judges to
order a subpoenaed witness to testify, after a grant of immunity, at a
grand jury hearing or at a criminal trial. This grant of immunity
means that your Fifth Amendment right to refuse to testify is taken
away. What is given to you is only the promise not to use your
testimony against you in a subsequent criminal prosecution. But you
can still be charged with a crime. Failure to testify after a grant
of immunity is discussed on page 12 below.
The Right to be Free from "Unreasonable Searches and Seizures."
Without a warrant, no government agent is allowed to search your home
or office (or any other place that is yours and private) You may
refuse to let FBI agents come into your house or into your
workplace. unless they have a search warrant. Politeness aside, the
wisest policy is never to let agents inside. They are trained
investigators and will make it difficult for you to refuse to
talk. Once inside your home or office, just by looking around, they
can easily gather information about your lifestyle, organization, and
reading habits.

The right to be free from "unreasonable searches and seizures" is
based on the Fourth Amendment lo the Constitution. This Amendment is
supposed to protect against government access lo your mail and other
written communications, telephone and other
conversations. Unfortunately, it is difficult to detect government
interference with writings and conversations. Modern technology makes
it difficult to detect electronic surveillance on a telephone line,
other listening devices, or cameras that record whatever occurs in a
room. Also common are physical surveillance (such as agents following
in car or on foot), mail covers, and informers carrying tape
recorders.

What should I do if police, FBI, or other agents appear with an
arrest or search warrant?

Agents who have an arrest or search warrant are the only ones you are
legally required to let into your home or office. You should ask to
see the warrant before permitting access. And you should immediately
ask to call a lawyer. For your own physical safety you should not
resist, even if they do not show you the warrant, or if they refuse to
let you call your lawyer. To the extent permitted by the agents
conducting a search, you should observe the search carefully,
following them and making mental or written notes of what the agents
are doing. As soon as possible, write down what happened and discuss
it with your lawyer.

What should I do if agents come to question me?

Even when agents come with a warrant, you are under no legal
obligation to tell them anything other than your name and address. It
is important, if agents try to question you, not to answer or make any
statements, at least not until after you have consulted a lawyer.

Announce your desire to consult a lawyer, and make every reasonable
effort to contact one as quickly as possible. Your statement that you
wish to speak to the FBI only in the presence of a lawyer, even if it
accomplishes nothing else, should put an end to the agents'
questions. Department of Justice policy requires agents to cease
questioning, or refrain from questioning, anyone who informs them that
he or she is represented by a lawyer. To reiterate: upon first being
contacted by any government investigator the safest thing to say is,
"Excuse me, but I'd like to talk to my lawyer before I say anything to
you." Or, "I have nothing to say to you. I will talk to my lawyer and
have her [or him] contact you." If agents ask for your lawyer's name,
ask for their business card, and say you will have your lawyer contact
them. Remember to get the name, agency, and telephone number of any
investigator who visits you. If you do not have a lawyer, call
Movement Support Network Hotline (212) 477-5652, or call the local
office of the National Lawyers Guild.

As soon as possible after your first contact with an investigator,
write a short memo about the visit, including the date, time,
location, people present, any names mentioned by the investigators,
and the reason they gave for their investigation. Also include
descriptions of the agents and their car, if any. This may be useful
to your lawyer and to others who may be contacted by the same agents.

After discussing the situation with your lawyer, you may want to
alert your co-workers, friends, neighbors, or political associates
about the visit. The purpose is not to alarm them, but to insure that
they understand their rights. It might be a good idea to do this at a
meeting at which the history of investigative abuse is presented.

If I don't cooperate, doesn't it look like I have something to hide?

This is one of the most frequently asked questions. The answer
involves the nature of political "intelligence" investigations and the
job of the FBI. Agents will try to make you feel that it will "look
bad" if you don't cooperate with them. Many people not familiar with
how the FBI operates worry about being uncooperative. Though agents
may say they are only interested in "terrorists" or protecting the
President, they are intent on learning about the habits, opinions, and
affiliations of people not suspected of wrongdoing. Such
investigations, and the kind of controls they make possible, are
completely incompatible with political freedom, and with the political
and legal system envisaged by the Constitution.

While honesty may be the best policy in dealing with other people,
FBI agents and other investigators are employed to ferret out
information you would not freely share with strangers. Trying to
answer agents' questions, or trying to "educate them" about your
cause, can be very dangerous -- as dangerous as trying to outsmart
them, or trying to find out their real purpose. By talking to federal
investigators you may, unwittingly, lay the basis for your own
prosecution -- for giving false or inconsistent information to the
FBI. It is a federal crime to make a false statement to an FBI
agent or other federal investigator. A violation could even be
charged on the basis of two inconsistent statements spoken out of fear
or forgetfulness.

Are there any circumstances under which it is advisable to cooperate
with an FBI investigation?

Never without a lawyer. There are situations, however, in which an
investigation appears to be legitimate, narrowly focused, and not
designed to gather political intelligence. Such an investigation
might occur if you have been the victim of a crime, or are a witness
to civil rights violations being prosecuted by the federal
government. Under those circumstances, you should work closely with a
lawyer to see that your rights are protected while you provide only
necessary information relevant to a specific incident. Lawyers may be
able to avoid a witness' appearance before a grand jury, or control
the circumstances of the appearance so that no one's rights are
jeopardized.

How can grand juries make people go to jail?

After being granted immunity and ordered to testify by a judge, grand
jury witnesses who persist in refusing to testify can be held in
"civil contempt." Such contempt is not a crime, but it results in the
witness being jailed for up to 18 months, or the duration of the grand
jury, whichever is less. The purpose of the incarceration is to coerce
the recalcitrant witness to testify. In most political cases,
testifying before a grand jury means giving up basic political
principles, and so the intended coercion has no effect -- witnesses
continue to refuse to testify.

Witnesses who, upon the request of a grand jury, refuse to provide
"physical exemplars" (samples of handwriting, hair, appearance in a
lineup, or documents) may also be jailed for civil contempt, without
having been granted immunity.

The charge of "criminal contempt" is also available to the
government as a weapon against uncooperative grand jury witnesses.
For "criminal contempt" there is no maximum penalty -- the sentence
depends entirely on what the judge thinks is appropriate. Charges of
criminal contempt are still rare. They have been used, however,
against Puerto Rican independentistas, especially those who
have already served periods of incarceration for civil contempt.

Is there any way to prevent grand jury witnesses from going to jail?

There is no sure-fire way to keep a grand jury witness from going to
jail. Combined legal and community support often make a difference,
however, in whether a witness goes to jail and, if so, for how
long. Early awareness of people's rights to refuse to talk to the FBI
may, in fact, prevent you from receiving a grand jury subpoena. If the
FBI is only interested in getting information from you, but not in
jailing you, you may not receive a grand jury subpoena.

What can lawyers do?

A lawyer can help to ensure that government investigators only do what
they are authorized to do. An attorney can see to it that you do not
give up any of your rights. If you are subpoenaed to a grand jury
your lawyer can challenge the subpoena in court, help to raise the
political issues that underlie the investigation, and negotiate for
time. Your lawyer can also explain to you the grand jury's procedures
and the legal consequences or your acts, so that you can rationally
decide on your response.

ERRATA

A law enforcement official can only obtain your name and address if he
or she has a reasonable suspicion to believe that you have committed
or are about to commit a crime [note #2]. Thus, if an
FBI agent knocks at your door you do not have to identify yourself to
him; you can simply say "I don't want to talk to you," or "You'll have
to speak to my lawyer," and then close the door. An FBI agent, unlike
a local police officer, does not have jurisdiction to investigate
violations of state statute.

Folks, I promise you that without the passage of J.A.I.L., there shall be no end to limits of government intrusion on your privacy. Here is the anticipated Hegelian Dialectic trail you will see come to pass.

Stage One: Create laws that demand identification for everything, thereby creating the "problem" of identity theft.

Stage Two: Create a flurry of media attention on combating the "problem" of identity theft.

Stage Three: Propose an "at-all-cost" cure to the "problem" of identity theft, i.e., bio-microchip implant. (This stage cannot be jumped into speedily, as it will take a lot of mind-conditioning.)

Stage Four: Abolish the despised and burdensome annual income tax, with all its forms, in favor of a convenient, on the spot, consumption tax.

Stage Five: Lock-in all transactions of buying and selling to that process. Presto, the "problem" of identity all solved.

Signs to watch out for: Escalation of super-hyped media awareness everywhere of identity theft for public mind-conditioning.

God provides a way to Hide:
Psa 27:5 For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.

Psa 17:7 Shew thy marvellous lovingkindness, O thou that savest by thy right hand them which put their trust in thee from those that rise up against them.
